About Job's Daughters

Job's Daughters is the premier leadership organization for young women today.  Our members grow to be polite young women, while at the same time learning skills that will serve them throughout their lives.  Our girls learn how to run a business meeting, parliamentary procedure, planning events, and public speaking, just to name a few.

​There are also lots of opportunities to travel, do community service, meet new people, compete in arts, ritual, and sports competitions, have lots of fun, and most importantly, create friendships that will last a lifetime. Job’s Daughters’ mission is to create confident young women, respecting tradition, and shaping the future. Our members learn invaluable skills that increase their confidence and prepare them to lead. We teach girls to use their voice.

Job’s Daughters is where shy girls turn into confident young women. Our members grow alongside their peers and find their voice in a safe and supportive environment. The girls lead themselves and plan their own activities, learning teamwork and problem solving along the way.
